Verri Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

• Orders ship within 2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You'll get an email once your order has been handed to Australia Post.

2. Delivery times

We send every order with Australia Post. Times are from dispatch and based on metro areas; regional areas may take longer.

• Standard: 5–7 business days.
• Express Post: 1–3 business days.

3. Shipping costs

• Standard shipping is free on every order within Australia.
• Express Post: shown at checkout.

4. International shipping

We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia.

5. Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived 10 business days after dispatch, email us at hello@verri.com.au and we'll help sort it out with Australia Post.
