Verri Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
We aim to get your orders on their way as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been handed over to Australia Post.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries to ensure your package arrives safely. Estimates are based on metro area deliveries; regional areas may take longer.

P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers: We proudly deliver to all Australia Post P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Free Shipping: "Free standard shipping on orders over $75
4. Delivery & Authority to Leave

Safe Drop: By default, parcels may be left in a safe place at your delivery address if Australia Post deems it secure.

Missed Deliveries: If no one is home and a safe place cannot be found, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office for collection.
5. International Shipping

We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@verri.com.au within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you with an Australia Post enquiry.
